I have consistently used Jon's services since my relocation to the bay area and he has been very responsive and receptive to my needs. He has managed to secure the right insurance, guide me through the process (foreigner relocating from Europe with no idea how car insurance works in US) and negotiate the best rates. On top, I have asked him to extend my insurance to rentals and he found much better deals than I have been doing hrs of research. Jon has a good grasp on his policies.  He has three of my cars and my rate is good and my coverage is perfect. I called him up the other day because I just could not find my insurance card and I needed it right away. He picked up right away and was able to send me what I needed in stellar time.
